Doodle Landscape Inspiration 1

Here is the step by step for the card I demo-ed on Create and Craft on Saturday, 17/9/22, at 1pm using the Landscape Doodle Collection of Groovi plates ...

Groovi Plates:

Deluxe Groovi Plate Starter Kit + Butterfly Wreath A5 Square Plate  GRO-SK-40709-XX
Tina's Doodle Landscapes A5 Square Groovi Plate Quartet  GRO-FL-41999-03

NOTE:
All the embossing on this project is done on the back.
The colouring on this project is done on the back.
All the perforating and cutting on this project are done from the front.

Step 1: On rainbow parchment (I have used California Sunset), with the glossy brighter side facing up (this is the back of the work), emboss the frame and the 2 back hills from the Fields and Flowers Doodle Landscape plate using the Groovi No.1 tool (or Pergamano 1mm embossing ball tool).

Step 2: Using the Groovi No.1 tool (or Pergamano 1mm embossing ball tool), emboss the sun and clouds from the Breeze Doodle Landscape plate.

Step 3: From the Breeze Doodle Landscape plate, using the Groovi No.1 tool (or Pergamano 1mm embossing ball tool), emboss 5 hearts on either side of each square.

Step 4: Between the hearts border, emboss the swirl element using the Groovi No.1 tool (or Pergamano 1mm embossing ball tool).

Step 5: On clear parchment, emboss the flowers and the hill on the front using the Groovi No.2 tool (or Pergamano 1.5mm embossing ball tool) for the little circles and teardrop flower petals and the rest of the line art with the Groovi No.1 tool (or Pergamano 1mm embossing ball tool).

Step 6: Using the Groovi No.3 and No.4 tools (or Pergamano 1.5mm and 3mm embossing ball tools) gently emboss inside the circles and teardrop shapes starting with the largest ball tool and remembering to let the parchment rest between layers.

Step 7: Still working on the back, using the white end of an eraser pencil (found here), rub off the colour of the parchment inside the sun and clouds.
Colour using Perga Colours Exclusive pens.

Step 8: From the front, using the Pergamano bold 2-needle tool over the super foam, perforate around the rainbow parchment and all around the clear parchment, including the sections above the hill between the flower stems.
Picot cut between all the perforations making sure the scissors are over the waste when you cut.

To Finish: Add as much or as little (or none) Perga glitter as you wish.
Cut a square from corresponding Rainbow Paper using a Nested Squares Picot Dies that is larger than the parchment piece.
Mount the parchment pieces on the rainbow paper using brads and stick this on folded white card.

Groovi plates and ingredients are available on https://claritycrafts.com.

Sending everyone STAY SAFE WISHES sprinkled with PERGA GLITTER. Take care.
