Step 1: Die cut the 2nd largest tag from Claritystamp designer card using the Nested Arch Tags Die set.

Step 2: Over the 2nd largest tag from the Nested Arch Tags Groovi plate, emboss the smallest tag outline, dots inside the outline and the larger circle using the Pergamano 1mm embossing ball tool (or Groovi No.1).

Step 3: Emboss 2 floral borders, one with the larger flowers and the other with the smaller flowers diagonally on the tag.

Step 4: Emboss the greeting.

Step 5: Repeat embossing 2 more floral borders on the other side of the greeting.

Step 6: On the back, colour the flowers and leaves using the Perga Colours Exclusive pens. Do not worry about how messy this looks as ...

Step 7: ... on the front it will look pretty and the white outlines will still be white, like this ...

Step 8: On the back, using the Perga Liner B pencils, colour between the diagonal designs.

Step 9: Blend the colours using the blending pen, and a little Dorso oil on a sponge. Use a different nib for each colour if possible. If you have too much oil on your nib, the colour will come off, so blot off the excess on a piece of kitchen towel. If you have too little oil, the blending will not be smooth, so touch, just the very tip of the nib, on the Dorso oil for the tiniest amount of oil.

Step 10: From the front, using the bold (or fine) 2-needle perforating tool, over the translucent super foam (and picot foam if you are not using a light wave), perforate inside the circle and outside the tag making sure you push the needles almost all the way down to get larger holes.

Step 11: From the front, picot cut between all the perforations, making sure your scissors (or Perga cutters) are always over the waste and you are putting only the very tips of the scissors (or Perga cutters) into the holes while you turn your work as you cut between the perforations.

Step 12: Attach the tag, front side facing up, to the backing card using low tack masking tape or Groovi tabs around the edge to hold it firmly in place. I have used paper clips to keep the 2 pieces securely in place with a piece of folded white paper between the parchment, card and paperclips so I don't damage the parchment.

Step 13: Using the fine 1-needle perforating tool upright, over the super foam, perforate holes over the embossed dots carefully going all the way through both layers. I stitched this section first before I removed the paperclips and folded pieces of papers.

Step 14: Thread the needle with the embroidery thread, starting on the back, push the needle through the first hole. Pull the thread through the front, leaving a tail on the back. Stick the thread down with strong masking tape (or double sided tape, but do not take the backing off).

Step 15: Back stitch through the holes and when your thread comes to an end, secure it to the back with the masking tape.

Step 16: Remove the paperclips and folded pieces of papers. Repeat  steps 13-15 to complete stitching around the tags.

Step 17: Die cut another tag from a piece of card and stick it to the back to hide the mess.

To Finish: Add a little sparkle on the tag using Pergamano sticky ink, mapping pen and Perga glitter. and add the tassle through the tag holes.
